Fall out boy is one of my favorite bands. Fall out boy is a band from Chicago, the group was formed by Pete Wentz and Joe Trohman as a pop punk side project of their respective hardcore bands, and Patrick Stump joined shortly thereafter. The group went through a succession of drummers before landing Hurley and recording their debut album, Take This to Your Grave (2003), which became an underground success and helped the band gain a dedicated fanbase through heavy touring, as well as some moderate commercial success.

The music is different on every album, while Fall Out Boy's music has been typically described as pop punk and pop rock, the band were generally seen in the mid-2000s at the forefront of the "emo pop" explosion. Take This to Your Grave has often been cited as an influential blueprint for pop punk music in the 2000s, but the band members say that they wouldn't give a genre to their music.

I like their music because it's sounds happy and catchy, but if you listen to the songs you will understand  the lyrics and most of the time it has a deep meaning. I also like the instrumental music with Patrick his voice, he has an amazing vocal range and all the members are just funny, they really have a sense of humor especially when they're together.

Patrick Stump

Patrick Martin Stumph (born April 27, 1984), known professionally as Patrick Vaughn Stump,is an American singer-songwriter, musician, record producer, actor and music critic, best known as the lead vocalist, guitarist, pianist, and composer of Fall Out Boy, an American rock band from Wilmette, Illinois. Stump embarked on a solo career as a side project from Fall Out Boy during its hiatus. (he sure did a lot, all the things that he already did... is something that I also want to do, he's so kind and later when I grow up I just want to be like him, he is a real rolmodel to me)

He has been credited for being a soulful vocalist suitable for R&B, as well as one of the best voices in pop punk, according to Billboard.

Stump was born in Evanston, Illinois to David, a folk singer, and Patricia (née Vaughn) Stumph, an accountant. He is the youngest of three. He has a sister named Megan, and a brother named Kevin, who is an accomplished violinist. He grew up in Glenview, Illinois and attended Glenbrook South High School. His parents divorced when he was eight years old.

He grew up with a passion for music, later stating, "I was always playing music... it was always kind of present." He originally played the drums in various local suburban Chicago power violence andhardcore punk bands, including Public Display Of Affection, Xgrinding processX, Patterson, and, for two shows, Arma Angelus.[citation needed] His musical idols growing up included Michael Jackson, Elvis Costello, Tom Waits, and Nat King Cole

Stump married his longtime girlfriend Elisa Yao in 2012. They live in Chicago together.

On October 15, 2014, he and his wife welcomed their first child, Declan Stump. Patrick is named after Elvis Costello (his middle name was Patrick) but he liked Declan (the real name of Elvis) more, that's probably the reason why he named his son Declan.

Stump lost 65 pounds when Fall Out Boy went on hiatus, due in part to growing health issues, including asthma and pre-diabetes, with which he was diagnosed. He suffered from high cholesterol and high blood pressure as well. In 2012 Stump was elected a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences's Chicago Chapter Governors.

Pete Wentz

Peter Lewis Kingston "Pete" Wentz ||| (born June 5, 1979) is an American musician best known for being the bassist, primary lyricist and backing vocalist for the American rock band Fall Out Boy. Before Fall Out Boy's inception in 2001, Wentz was a fixture of the Chicago hardcore scene and was notably the lead vocalist/lyricist forArma Angelus. (He is also really funny, kind and I just really like his smile and personality. I mean just look at him!)

During Fall Out Boy's temporary hiatus in 2009–12, Wentz formed the experimental, electropop and dubstep group Black Cards. He owns a record label,Decaydance Records, which has signed bands such as Panic! at the Disco and Gym Class Heroes. Fall Out Boy returned in February 2013.

Wentz has bipolar disorder, and has taken medication for it since he was eighteen. In February 2005, Wentz attempted suicide by taking an overdose of the anxiety medicationAtivan, and as a result, spent a week in the hospital.

Commenting on the event to a magazine, he said:

“I was isolating myself further and further, and the more I isolated myself, the more isolated I'd feel. I wasn't sleeping. I just wanted my head to shut off, like, I just wanted to completely stop thinking about anything at all.”

The suicide attempt was put into song form, "7 Minutes in Heaven (Atavan Halen)" and released on their album, From Under The Cork Tree. After this event, Wentz moved back in with his parents. Wentz later spoke of his suicide attempt to the support site Halfofus.com and cites Jeff Buckley's version of the Leonard Cohen classic "Hallelujah" as a song that saved his life.

Pete has two kids, one of them is Bronx. The mother from Bronx, Ashlee Simpson asked for a divorce on February 8, 2011.  She asked for joint custody and primary physical custody of their son, Bronx, with visitation for Wentz, along with spousal support.

On February 17, 2014, Wentz and his current girlfriend Meagan Camper announced that the couple were expecting their first child together and Wentz's second. Their son, Saint Laszlo, was born on August 21, 2014

Peterick

A pairing between Pete and Patrick from Fall Out Boy. As some people seem to think that the two are an item. They are a OTP (one true pair) for many people in the fandom. People ship them because (almost) everyone from the fandom thinks they look cute together.

How to use it:

Person 1: I love when Pete kisses Patrick on the neck at shows.

Person 2: Im not so much into the Peterick, i think Pete and Mikey is way cuter.

Andy Hurley

Andrew John "Andy" Hurley (born May 31, 1980) is an American musician and drummer. He is best known as the drummer of the Chicago-based rock band Fall Out Boy. (He looks all  tought and cool from the outside, but when he begins to talk... the voice of a little angel comes out, it is so cute and sometimes I think that Patrick and Andy swapped voices XD he is the little princess form the band to me :)

Prior to Fall Out Boy, Hurley played in several hardcore punk bands. He joined Fall Out Boy as the full-time drummer in 2003 and was in the band's lineup until its hiatus in 2009. Following that, he formed the heavy metal supergroup The Damned Things with Fall Out Boy guitarist Joe Trohman; the group went on hiatus after its debut album, Ironiclast (2010), due to band members focusing on their original bands' new album cycles.

Hurley moved on to hardcore punk band Enabler which released a debut album and toured in 2012. Fall Out Boy regrouping, new album and tour on February 4, 2013. The new album, Save Rock and Roll, was released April 16, 2013, with the punk EP PAX AM Days announced on September 30 and slated for release on October 15 the same year.

Hurley was born in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. He was brought up by his mother, who worked as a nurse; his father died when he was five. Hurley attended Menomonee Falls High School and played percussion in bands, though his first instrument was the saxophone.

After high school, he attended University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, double-majoring in anthropology and history. He identifies himself as an anarcho-primitivist, explaining that this means he believes that humans are supposed to live the way they lived prior to 10,000 years ago.

When asked about this in the February 2007 issue of Alternative Press, he said that his career contradicted his beliefs, but at the same time, he had to make a living. Hurley is also vegan and straight edge.

Hurley's house in Milwaukee, Wisconsin was featured in an episode of MTV Cribs. He loves comic books and still owns his first drum set from C&C Custom Drums along with his own custom drumsticks from Vic Firth.

Joe Trohman

Joseph Mark "Joe" Trohman (born September 1, 1984) is an American musician, singer-songwriter, composer, and record producer. He is best known as the guitarist of the American rock band Fall Out Boy, as well as the lead and rhythm guitarist for heavy metal supergroup The Damned Things. (OKAY let me get one thing straight, his humor and sarcasm is on point! I just love that about Joe, he always makes me laugh and I think he is so handsome:)

Fall Out Boy began as Trohman and Pete Wentz's side project from the hardcore punk scene they were involved with, and the band has scored three number one albums on the US Billboard 200.

With Damned Things on hiatus, Trohman and Josh Newton formed With Knives and the duo released their debut EP "Schadenfreude" in April 2012 with Trohman on lead vocals and guitar. It was released through Son Of Man, the label he co-owns with Newton.

With Knives played a few dates in the US before becoming quiet and announced the project was on a break. On February 4, 2013, Fall Out Boy announced a comeback with a new album, tour and single.

The son of a cardiologist, Trohman was born in Hollywood, Florida. He was raised in South Russell, Ohio before his family moved to the Chicago area.

His family is Jewish, although he noted to JVibe, "I think we were more Jewish culturally than we were religiously because after my brother's bar mitzvah, we stopped going tosynagogue entirely."

Trohman and Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz attended New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois, and Trohman played bass with Wentz in a band called Arma Angelus.

Trohman collects guitars, and has his own Signature guitar made by Squier Guitars by Fender, the Joe Trohman Telecaster. He is also a Star Wars enthusiast, and told starwars.com, "I still collect tons of action figures. My closet in my apartment is full — 95% of Star Wars toys."

Trohman's house in Chicago was featured in a 2007 episode of MTV Cribs.

He married Marie Wortman Goble on October 28, 2011. Their daughter Ruby was born on April 24, 2014. His mother died of a brain tumor on January 11, 2015.

If you're new to Fall Out Boy their music, I would recommand watching the young blood chroncicles. The Young blood chronicles was an epic come back from fall out boy, since 2009 fall out boy was on hiatus which lasted 3 and a half year. They came back with one of their big hits "My songs know what you did in the dark (light em up)". From all the videoclips fall out boy tried to make some kind of movie where they expressed their fantasy, they were really trying to create something supernatural and they did it very well. The music was really good and the story line was also good. This is one of my favorite albums and I'm happy that the videoclips are one storyline

Young Blood Chronicles
10/10 That I would watch / Listen to it again !
I'm Never bored with these songs

Here are some other songs (actually links to the youtube video) that I really like from Fall Out Boy. ( I secretly like everything, but these songs are still one of my favorites.):
